KFM Cancer Classic
bids farewell
25 years of costume wearing, bacon-wrapped date eating, miniature golf playing, Cancer fighting fun between friends near and far comes to a close. This site will serve as your record book, photo book, and a treasure trove of fond memories of yesteryear. Thank you for all the support.
KFM Cancer Classic, as an event, ended after 25 years in 2025. However, the non-profit organization still exists and still accepts donations.
You can donate online here.
The KFM Cancer Classic was created in 2001 with the belief that age and wealth were not the only qualifications to give back to the community. Decency and recognition of one's fortunes as well as the responsibility to better others are the more important factors.
In 25 years, the KFM Cancer Classic raised over $617,000. For the duration of the Classic, 100% of money donated has gone towards the cause of fighting cancer.
THE LAST KFM CANCER CLASSIC WAS THE GRANDEST OF THEM ALL
Braken Shonkwiler (middle) poses with the check after shooting a blistering (-6) to win the final Classic. Shonkwiler will keep the coveted ugly plaid jacket forever.
The final Classic raised over $68,000… from a miniature golf tournament.
